Are you ready to party?

By Joey Cooper

You'd think that running MacMilitia.com, working on other web projects, and selling ads for 9 Mac sites would be enough for us -- but it's not. My brother Andy and I, with the help of John and David Norton, have started another Mac-centric site: MacParty.com. The site promises to be a "party" of sorts, a place for Mac users of all interests to post messages and topics on a discussion board.

Based upon the Ultimate Bulletin Board system, MacParty has launched pretty much exclusively as a discussion site. However, you never know what other features we'll come up with in the future! MacParty currently has such areas as Hardware Haven (for discussion of all hardware, from PDA to printers to the latest from Apple), iCEO Talk (analysis of how Steve and gang are doing), and iForum (next generation Internet talk). Readers will also be interested to note there's a new feedback forum for MacMilitia.com, on MacParty.

Believe it or not, that's not all that's new -- we're also launching a new service for Mac webmasters and websites, called MacFusion.net. Using the MacParty.com site, we are offering Mac websites FREE Ultimate Bulletin areas of their own at MacParty -- so they can talk with their readers and start discussions about articles on their site! This service is open to anyone who has a Mac site.

To check out MacParty, simply visit http://www.macparty.com, where you can find more details and register. Registration is recommended but not necessary. Webmasters interested in the MacFusion.net service can contact us directly at fusion@macfusion.net.
